Shame-Resilience Scan

Here's your inner snapshot

This worksheet will help you shine a light on what your inner state currently looks like – the good and the uncomfortable. A reminder that you are many things, but “not good enough” isn’t one of them.

If you went to Business school, you’re probably still traumatized by the number of SWOTs you had to do. I’m not here to make you relive your trauma - I’m reframing the exercise to make it fun and useful to you. And no, you won’t be graded on this.

The only thing you need to analyze is yourself (my type of fun!).

SWOT stands for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. Imagine you have to do a SWOT for Apple; you’ll probably write “sleek design” as a strength, built-in AI capabilities as an opportunity, and Huawei as a threat.

But you’re not a corporation, so your answers will show your humanness. Your SWOT will be a snapshot of how you see yourself.

Remember that you’re a Someone Worthy Of Taking up space.

Hey there!

I'm Roxana Claudia.

I’ve struggled with social anxiety for decades, but I’ve learned that my worth isn’t defined by social approval or societal expectations. After years of battling self-doubt, I live authentically as I can, no longer afraid of rejection. I’m here to help you do the same—to address toxic shame, reject the pressure, and live a life true to yourself.
